Why we built ShiftDeck
The big-name time tracking tools were built for HR departments. They charge per seat, ship features nobody asked for, and treat your Friday payroll like an afterthought. The owner-operator running a real crew gets stuck with a tool that's either too complicated or too expensive — usually both.
