Account controls

Role-based permissions

Audit trail
Every punch edit, schedule change, and approval carries a timestamped record of who made the change and what the previous value was. When an employee disputes a Friday paycheck, you pull up the trail instead of arguing from memory. Defensible records for wage-and-hour compliance.
Data handling
All traffic encrypted in transit via TLS 1.2+. Sensitive fields — PINs, tokens, GPS coordinates — are encrypted at rest. Backups run daily. If you cancel, we retain data for 30 days then permanently delete. No selling, no sharing, no ad targeting.
